On the day of surgery, emotions ran high with no family around, but Arri made everything feel safe. While I was in surgery and afterward, Arri kept my husband updated on everything that was going on. Her familiarity with everyone in the hospital provided me with much-needed comfort. She stayed with me throughout the process, and her post-surgery support was invaluable.

 She consistently checked in and ensured the nurses were attentive. I had no complications, and by day two post-op, I was ready to explore the beautiful city of Istanbul. Arri, being a local, knew all the best spots. The hotel she arranged for us after surgery was in an ideal location, with stunning city views and excellent laundry service. It was within walking distance of markets, tourist attractions, and trams. I highly recommend the sunset cruise she offers, along with other tours during the trip.
