Our techniques:

FUE Hair Transplant -FUE involves extracting individual hair follicles—typically from the back of the head—and transplanting them to thinning areas like the crown and hairline. This stitch-free, minimally invasive method leaves no visible scarring.

‍DHI (Direct Hair Implantation)- our standard and most preferred technique known for its natural results and long-term effectiveness. However, other techniques such asSapphire FUEor alternative methods can also be used upon request, depending on the patient’s needs and suitability.

‍Unshaven Hair Transplant -This discreet method fills gaps between existing hair without shaving the head, making it ideal for those wanting a subtle, convenient solution.

Procedure:

1. Photos are taken and your natural hairline is carefully planned.

2. Donor areas (usually the back and sides of the head) are trimmed to 1–2 mm.

3. For longer hair, only the donor area is trimmed and can be camouflaged.

4. Local anaesthesia is applied for a painless experience.

5. Hair grafts (1–4 hairs each) are extracted and prepared.

6. The transplant area is numbed and micro-channels are opened.

7. Grafts are placed one by one, following the natural growth direction.

8. The procedure takes 4–7 hours, and your first wash is done by our team.

Post procedure care:

WASHING

  • First washing needs to be done 12 hours after the procedure.  This is done at the hospital
  • You should use “mossi” for the first 10 days, which will be given to you after the procedure
  • Once a day foam should be applied to the donor and transplanted area by gently distributing with your hands.  This will done at the hospital the day after your procedure.  We will show you how to do this so you can implement this yourself.
  • From day 11 you can wash normally using gentle baby shampoo

SLEEPING

  • It is necessary to be careful for the first 7 days.  Take care not to bump your head and do not touch the transplanted grafts
  • You will need to sleep upright for the first 7 days using pillows to prop you up (sun-bed style).  A flight style neck pillow is also helpful in keeping your head away from objects and pillows.
  • NO side-lying or laying face down for first 7 days

SELF AFTER CARE

  • Rest is important the day before and the day after your procedure. 
  • Do not engage in any sports or strenuous activity for one month following your procedure
  • No sexual activity for one week post procedure
  • You should not be exposed to direct sunlight.  If engaging in outdoor activity, use an umbrella for sunshade
  • Avoid sunbathing or direct sunlight for 1 month
  • Avoid salt for the first two weeks following your procedure to help reduce swelling
  • Drink at least 3 litres of water a day

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • You may have itching in and around the donor area.  This is normal
  • Do not touch your transplantation area with your hand.  You may touch it lightly using fingertips
  • Do not use a a shaver or razor for 3 months after your procedure.  Sissor cuts are suitable
  • After day 10 you can touch your hair normally.  You should remove any crusts formed with your fingertips.  Clean carefully
