From the very first call, I felt an overwhelming sense of reassurance and knew I was in the best of hands. Arri’s expertise was nothing short of amazing, and she patiently answered every single question I had. For the ones she couldn’t answer, she went above and beyond, connecting me with trusted doctors and experts in Türkiye who could. Arri is not just honest and reliable; she’s incredibly organized—something I’m truly grateful for, especially since I was feeling nervous about undergoing surgery so far from home.

Thanks to Arri, my whānau and I were able to relax and trust the process, from the moment we started planning the trip to our time spent in Türkiye.
